Welcome
This annual report is submitted to the shareholders and board of directors for their consideration and discussion. This report takes a look back at the challenges and accomplishments of the previous Lunar Year, and looks forward to the opportunities awaiting us in the upcoming Lunations.
The corp thanks all of you for your leadership and investment.
Year in Review
This year presented significant operational burden due to the onboarding of a large number of bidoofs (see Mergers and Acquisitions).
Nonetheless, financial results were excellent (see Spreadsheet below), and subway construction continued, largely in undisclosed locations underneath the condo. Relations with the condo association were excellent, due, among other factors, to a continued development of shared real estate interests and food supplies.
Corp employees and shareholders reported a high degree of satisfaction with the trainers, also due to shared real state interests and food supplies, as well as constant enrichment activities and a steady stream of things to ummmmmmmmmmm at. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
The corp declares itself to have leveled up with high friendship.

Mergers and Acquisitions
In the past Lunar Year, the corp closed on several key business deals, including:
- full and partial interests in the new condominium development. This has led to exciting business challenges and opportunities, including
- a large kerfuffle of bidoofs. This acquisition was not on our Strategic Roadmap (see Prospectus, below) but this year has been a major year for worldwide bidoof population levels, so a bidoof acquisition was seen as a good investment in the future. At present the bidoofs are residing in a bidoof-friendly environment and studying the collected works of Dwight David Thrash CPA FCPA CGMA (see previous year's Annual Report). The corp also acquired
- donuts, and
- an undisclosed stake in an undisclosed Jeff Bezos venture which an undisclosed member of the Board of Directors has an undisclosed interest in. When asked for details about the venture, the undisclosed Director simply stated "Shhhhh, she might hear you."
Prospectus
In the coming Lunar Year, the corp looks forward to the further development of its business and commercial interests, including:

Concluding Thoughts
The corp looks forward to a prosperous new Lunar Year thanks to its well situated real estate, its support from intelligent and thoughtful trainers, and its sound business fundamentals.
